Web Analyst

We are seeking a Web Analyst to join a leading global membership and leisure travel company operating at the intersection of hospitality, consumer finance, and subscription services. The consultant should be able to shift working hours to work till 1 pm EST.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Support GA4 and GTM across the organization including tagging, configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Build and troubleshoot data layer events and custom tracking requirements
• Write development level technical software specifications documentation including event names, variables and sample payloads
• QA new website/app releases to ensure analytics and marketing tags are functioning correctly
• Troubleshoot tracking issues across GA4, GTM, APIs, cookies, redirects and SPA
• Implement and support third party tools like FullStory, Qualtrics, Quantum Metric, Simon Data, Google Ads and marketing pixels
• Support consent and privacy related tracking via OneTrust
• Partner with marketing, business and product teams to understand measurement needs and determine methodology to capture it
• Assist in maintaining data quality by following the QA process ensuring the data layer and configured events are working properly
• Partner with development, product, marketing and other stakeholders on new site launches, features and analytics enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web analytics
• Expertise in GA4 and GTM including tagging, configurations and troubleshooting
• Skills in building and troubleshooting data layer events and custom tracking requirements
• Proficiency in writing development level technical software specifications documentation
• Understanding of tracking issues across APIs, cookies, redirects and SPA
• Familiarity with third party tools like FullStory, Qualtrics, Quantum Metric, Simon Data and Google Ads
• Knowledge of consent and privacy related tracking via OneTrust
• English proficiency at a B2 level
