Onsite: Brentwood, TN
The watch parts specialist is responsible for sourcing and ordering parts needed to complete repairs. Knowledge of watch parts and repair is essential to this role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Essential duties:
Order parts for watch repair. Utilize vendor ordering systems to order parts as needed. Create spreadsheets to reference part numbers and job numbers to easily match parts when received.
Receive parts for watch repairs. Check off parts in spreadsheet to match to jobs. Transfer jobs to correct location when parts are received. Maintain accurate records in Diaspark system.
Customer service. Answer phone calls from customers regarding the status of watch repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in watch repair
