About the role
Overview:
The coordinator is responsible for assisting store locations, builders, contractors and homeowners with service and customer service activities
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing product needed to fulfill job requirements
- Inbound and Outbound phone calls to respond to needs quickly and efficiently
- Validate material needs with store locations and order if needed
- Schedule and communication with parties on ETA’s
- Communications with homeowners to validate information and respond to concerns
- Continuous updating of in-house software of current standings of events
- Vendor communications on service requests and debits
- Complete resolution on issues and concerns and communications to all parties of such
Qualifications:
Computer Skills: POS System, Inventory System, Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet, Vendor Portals and Internet Software
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Analyze information of critical factors that will affect the resolution
- Evaluate options correctly and establish priorities
- Communication skills in phone etiquette and formal one-on-one interactions
- Problem solver, Sense of Urgency, Ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Team player, positive attitude, adaptability
- Consistency
- Blueprint reading experience
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction in mathematical or diagram for and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
