Job Description
- Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
- Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
- Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
- Monitor and report KPI compliance
- Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
Requirements
- Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements
- Candidates currently based in Sarawak are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O Level / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree equivalent
- Good command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Preferably 1-2 years experience specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
- Shift-basis with shifts available 6 days a week, depending on agreed team arrangement
- Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis
- Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
- Working location: Pusa, Sarawak
