About the role
- Position: Warehouse Supervisor (Data Centre Logistics)
- Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 basic + AWS + medical and dental benefits
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry: Logistics (MNC)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily data center logistics operations, including rack deployment, hardware handling, reverse logistics and ticket management.
- Monitor SLA and SLO performance across multiple sites and ensure service standards are achieved.
- Lead, coach and develop the operations team while managing performance and staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer, safety and operational procedures.
- Coordinate manpower, maintenance schedules and 5S housekeeping activities.
- Attend customer meetings, resolve operational issues and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor team utilization, productivity and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse or data center operations.
- Diploma or Degree will be an advantage.
- Proven experience leading operational teams.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, network components or data center operations will be an advantage.
- Able to perform the essential operational duties safely, including handling equipment weighing up to approximately 25 kg using appropriate lifting techniques, assistance or material-handling equipment where required
- Willing to travel between customer sites when required.
