About This Role

Managing and overseeing all warehouse activities is the core of this supervisory role, ensuring efficient processes and maximizing productivity. The position involves coordinating logistical processes, supervising employees, and maintaining the quality of goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes and maximizing warehouse productivity
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Supervise employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation
• Optimize warehousing processes with dependable and excellent organizational and time management skills
• Manage and evaluate warehouse productivity
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Maintain suitable inventory levels
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
• Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor or Manager
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be assigned in Teresa, Rizal
