About This Role
The Warehouse Supervisor participates in coordinating and supervising all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and inventory management. This role works under the direction of the Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the facility and consistently meet or exceed established goals, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and maintenance
- Maintain daily reports that measure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and picking/staging of outbound shipments with high levels of productivity
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems that meet ongoing and future facility needs
- Develop and manage the facility cycle count program and the inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
- Oversee the proper completion of jobs
- Manage and receive incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect incoming products for defects and/or damages
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify, and validate incoming invoices
- Work diligently with exceptional attention to detail and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Perform additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and reasonable
Requirements

- Ability to operate a forklift (certified), hand truck, pallet jack, climb ladders, and other warehouse equipment
- Team player with high energy, work ethic, and organizational skills
- 2 years experience working in warehouse and/or inventory
- Ability to work in varying facility conditions
- Available to work within the hours of 6 am to 10 pm, including some weekends and holidays
- Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for 8 hours a day, and lifting 50 to 75 lbs without restrictions
- Ability to meet sometimes short deadlines and to be detail-oriented
