Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Pick, prepare, pack, and label materials according to production and shipping requirements.
- Record, monitor, and manage defective materials and products.
- Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and consumables to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure smooth shipping and delivery activities.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies or shortages.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold workplace safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant and warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
