Warehouse Operations Assistant (Afternoons) - 12.30pm Start

About This Role

Keeping the Regional Distribution Centre clean, efficient, and running smoothly is the core of this role. You will be proactive in tackling various tasks, from cleaning spillages and printing price cards to stocking vending machines, ensuring everything is done to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Select products accurately to meet picking targets
• Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Work in Ambient and Chiller sections

• Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast-paced role
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock

Important Details

• Start Time: 12.30pm start, end time may vary depending on the needs of the business
• Shift Rota: 5 days out of 7, including weekends
• Schedule: 30 hours per week minimum contract
• Pick-ups available from St. Margaret’s Bus Station, Glenfield Hospital, Groby, Markfield, Coalville and Ellistown for selected shift times, bookable through the Ride Tandem app
