Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor warehouse performance and prepare regular operational reports.
- Resolve issues related to stock accuracy, damaged goods and deliveries.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Good organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Relevant logistics or warehouse qualifications are an advantage.
