Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop Team Leaders to help them and their teams perform at their best
• Be responsible for the performance of your operational department in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and service
• Create a positive work culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and development
• Identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into concrete results with your team
• Coordinate and optimize operational processes to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
• Ensure optimal staffing in collaboration with Workforce Management
• Guide people through changes and build support within the organization
• Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level (vocational/higher professional education)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, responsible for managing, coaching, and developing larger teams
• Energized by working with people and able to connect different personalities into one strong team
• Natural leader who provides direction, builds trust, and helps others succeed
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Proactive, decisive, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and implement improvements
• Experience in logistics, retail, production, hospitality, or other operational environments is welcome

Important Details

• Team: Direct leadership of 1 to 5 Team Leaders, indirect responsibility for a team of approximately 50 to 100 employees
