Warehouse Manager

About This Role

Leading and optimizing regional warehouse operations across West Java, based in Cibitung, Bekasi, is the core of this role. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, manage telecommunication logistics, control inventory, and lead a team of supervisors and operational staff. This position suits a highly motivated and experienced professional committed to delivering exceptional supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive daily operations across all warehouse facilities in the West Java region, ensuring high productivity, safety compliance, and cost-efficiency
• Manage specialized storage, handling, and distribution of telecommunication infrastructure products/projects in alignment with strict client SLAs
• Implement robust inventory management principles, ensure high accuracy using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and minimize discrepancies
• Mentor and manage warehouse supervisors and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous performance improvement
• Coordinate seamlessly with transport, customer service, and project managers to deliver integrated 3PL logistics solutions
• Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and apply Lean / continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse management within a 3PL / Freight Forwarding company, with direct, hands-on experience handling telecommunication infrastructure products, clients, or projects
• At least 3–5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role
• Deep expertise in WMS, inventory control principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) for professional business communication
• Willingness to work under an outsourcing employment status
• Flexibility to work shifts or extended hours based on operational/project demands
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
