As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by ensuring finished goods are accurately prepared for distribution. You will utilize your attention to detail and manual dexterity to maintain high throughput while upholding strict quality and safety standards in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently package finished goods into containers, ensuring correct configuration for shipment.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to identify product defects and escalate concerns to leadership.
- Proactively manage workstation inventory to ensure a continuous supply of packaging materials.
- Maintain an organized and sanitary workspace to support operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Ability to follow precise standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive motions safely.
- Effective communication skills for team coordination.
