Position Overview
As an Overage, Shortage & Damages Team Member, you will manage the proper disposition of damaged and returned products. Your responsibilities include receiving over-shipments and damaged items, repackaging salvageable products, and preparing non-sellable items for shipment. You will record receipt of returned goods and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Key Duties
- Retrieve, repackage, and process damaged or over-shipped products
- Stack, shrink-wrap, and load non-sellable items for shipment
- Accurately record product receipts and returns
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
Qualifications & Skills Must have physical ability to lift 30-70 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures. Capable of operating necessary equipment, working an eight-hour shift with occasional overtime, and performing repetitive physical tasks such as bending and stooping.
