Job Description Summary To assist Yard Superintendent in coordinating all aspects of equipment management and ensure quality work of other yard field personnel.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ability to perform all Yard person II and Yard person III duties (refer to position descriptions)
- Assist in processing telephone orders for tools and equipment
- Fill tool and equipment orders for projects
- Deliver tools and equipment to jobsites
- Repair tools and equipment
- Assure work quality of other yard field personnel
- Maintain shops, warehouse and inventories in good working order
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction equipment utilization
- Practical knowledge of function, operation and maintenance of construction tools and equipment
- Training in equipment repair or equivalent experience
- Good construction technical skills
- Effective written and verbal English communications skills
- Problem solving ability and a strong sense of urgency
- Valid driver’s license
