About the role
- Position: Warehouse Assistant
- Location: Tampines
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1:30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Overtime Pay + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Beauty product supplier
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.
- Pick and issue stock according to approved requests or orders.
- Update inventory records using basic computer systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accurate stock records and supporting documentation.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage and general warehouse cleanliness.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary-school education or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
- Prior warehouse, storekeeping or inventory experience would be advantageous.
- Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties including stock handling, loading and unloading.
