We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our international chat process
Key Responsibilities For Non Voice Process:
Handle Customer through written communication
Experience into Chats Process
Fresher's are mostly welcome
Good Verbal communications
Understanding Customer Queries
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Resolve customer queries related to products and services
Ensure high customer satisfaction and Maintain accurate customer records
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 10+2 (Mandatory),
Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 0 to 1 yrs experience required Good in Communication
Immediate joiners preferred
Benefits:
Salary package up to 2.4 to 3.4 LPA
