** Job Responsibilities:**
- Achieve daily & monthly secondary sales targets
- Visit minimum **40 outlets/day** with 50%+ productive calls
- Ensure product visibility, stock availability & shelf space
- Add new retail outlets in assigned areas
- Manage **13 distributors** and ensure timely stock availability
- Monitor outstanding payments as per company norms
- Maintain DCR, order data & beat plans through mobile app
- Track competitor pricing, promotions & new launches
- Communicate schemes and new product launches to retailers
** Required Skills:**
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good territory & retailer knowledge
