Job Title: IT Recruiter Domestic IT Hiring Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in Domestic IT recruitment with strong expertise in sourcing and closing candidates for niche and specialized technology roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment for complex IT requirements, strong technical screening skills, and the ability to build pipelines for hard-to-find talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT hiring, including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

• Handle niche and specialized technology hiring requirements across various domains, including:

• Cloud & DevOps

• Data Engineering & Analytics

• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

• Cybersecurity

• Full Stack Development

• Backend Engineering

• Salesforce / CRM Technologies

• Enterprise Applications

• Automation & Emerging Technologies

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and professional networks.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill technology roles.

• Understand technical job requirements and effectively evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, project exposure, and technology stack.

• Conduct initial technical screening discussions and assess candidate suitability before submission.

• Partner with hiring managers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recruitment priorities.

• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring quality submissions within defined timelines.

• Drive candidate engagement, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and successful closures.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment is mandatory.

• Proven experience hiring for niche and specialized IT roles with limited talent availability.

• Strong understanding of current IT technologies, skill sets, and market availability.

• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates for mid-level to senior technology positions.

• Strong expertise in using sourcing platforms such as:

• LinkedIn Recruiter

• Naukri

• Job portals

• Employee referrals and networking channels

• Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.

• Strong candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing recruitment targets while maintaining quality of submissions.
