We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our international chat process
Key Responsibilities For Semi Voice Process:
Handle Customer through written communication
Experience into Chats , Email's and Voice
Excellent Verbal communications
Understanding Customer Queries
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Resolve customer queries related to products and services
Ensure high customer satisfaction and Maintain accurate customer records
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 10+2 (Mandatory),
Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 yrs experience required Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication Immediate joiners preferred
Benefits:
Salary package up to 3 to 4 LPA
Only International Semi Voice Process exp be will considered.
5 Days Working 2 Rotational Offs Rotational Shifts 2-Way Free Cab Facility
