Job Title: International Chat Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts and Graveyard Shifts)
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Job Description:-
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Chat Support Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to global customers.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handling international customers .
Resolve customer queries related to accounts, billing, subscriptions, and general support.
Provide effective issue resolution while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
*Minimum 6 months to 2 Yrs of experience in International Chat Process.
*Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
*Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
*Good listening, probing, and interpersonal skills.
*Experience in BPO/Call Center/Contact Center environment is preferred.
Educational Qualification:-
High School Diploma / Intermediate / Graduate (Any Stream)
