The Asset Desk Manager (ADM) plays a pivotal role in driving the branchs asset business growth by acting as the single point of contact for all asset-related products such as Home Loans, Micro LAP, MSME Loans, Agri Loans, and Vehicle Loans.

The ADM is responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, process coordination, and service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience from lead sourcing to loan disbursement.

Drive acquisition of Asset customers (NTB and ETB) to achieve the monthly disbursement target across multiple asset products.

Generate leads by leveraging existing branch relationships and sourcing new customers

Ensure timely follow-up, documentation and lead conversion in coordination with processing teams.

Support cross-sell initiatives and branch-level marketing activities in coordination with product and marketing teams.

Assess market potential and provide feedback on product features, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Track portfolio performance, renewals, and retention metrics; support measures to minimize attrition and improve quality of sourcing.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate 2-4 years of experience in Asset Verticals Industry
