About the role
Career Land Center is hiring experienced hospitality professional waitresses to join an exciting restaurant project during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

Contract: 6 months
Start Date: October 2026
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Food Runner, Server, or in a similar restaurant position.
- Experience working in a professional restaurant, hotel, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Professional and friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Ability to carry and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Previous experience with international or upscale restaurant service is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly service to restaurant guests.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, where applicable.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
- Assist with setting and clearing tables.
- Ensure guests receive their orders promptly and correctly.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Support servers and restaurant staff during busy service periods.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly prepared dining areas.
- Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Help create an excellent guest experience throughout the service.
