Role Summary:
Transformation specialist will be a critical contributor to the success of VoC Transformation goals. The incumbent will work with the VoC Transformation lead in delivering outcomes in the areas of Technology solutions, data analytics along with lending oversight in implementing and managing data quality framework.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead VoC Operation’s digital transformation roadmap in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Deliver agreed outcomes with effective co-ordination with CRISIL Gen AI, Technology and CSG teams
- Monitor and control project performance, adjusting as needed to stay on track.
- Facilitate cross-functional efforts to implement AI and big data projects that address operational needs and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Support in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) with business stakeholders to evaluate the impact of AI and transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on business processes and stakeholder and client experiences.
- Implementation and oversight of VoC Interview quality assessment initiative
- Lend oversight over regular quality reviews and audits to maintain high interview data standards
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degrees in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with financial acumen, strong business orientation, and strategic mindset. MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, business intelligence or project management
- Exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, coordinating with various organizational teams and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously to support fundraising activities.
- A creative mindset and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong project management and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
