VP of Learning and Development

About This Role

This opportunity involves training a leading foundational AI lab's latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role suits experienced VPs of Learning and Development who can create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated content across core workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics

Requirements

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
