About the role
Develop and implement training programs, coach students,
and enhance their fundamental volleyball skills.
Organize tournaments and sports events.
Supervise volleyball team training sessions and develop
students' technical skills.
Organize training sessions and friendly matches for the
volleyball team to participate in internal and external
competitions and tournaments.
Identify and recruit talented student athletes, develop their
skills, and prepare them to join university teams.
Promote teamwork, discipline, and commitment among
players, and motivate them to achieve the highest levels of
athletic performance.
Prepare player lists, participant records, performance
statistics, and team reports to achieve the highest levels of
athletic performance.
Qualification: Holds an academic qualification in Physical Education or a specialization in the field.
Holds an accredited coaching certification in the sport.
Holds a valid First Aid certification.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in training
university students
