店舗でのVMD業務全般を担当します。アジア統括や店舗と連携しながらブランド価値の向上と売上目標の達成を推進するポジションです。
■業務内容
・マネキンのスタイリングおよびウィンドウディスプレイ施工
・フロアディスプレイエリアの品質維持および管理
・日々の店舗メンテナンスに関する店舗・本社間の連絡・調整
・VMD用備品の管理および新店舗オープン準備のサポート
・VMDディレクティブの制作協力および全社への展開・監督
・安全な店舗作業環境の確保および維持管理
【必須要件】
・アパレル業界でのVMD実務経験3年以上
・高いディスプレイおよびVMDスキル
・売上レポート等を理解し分析できる商業的視点
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
・複数店舗の管理や新店立ち上げの経験
・優れたタイムマネジメント能力および優先順位付けスキル
・チームワークを尊重し主体的に行動できる方
