Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed product planograms for product launches and merchandising resets
- Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment across visual merchandising strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through field feedback and observation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate product launches and communicate visual merchandising strategies
- Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and executional quality
Requirements
- Professional experience in retail visual merchandising and design
- Strong experience creating or working with store layouts and product planograms
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to independently lead projects and deliver against objectives
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
