Visual Merchandiser / Senior Visual Merchandiser

About This Role

This role involves developing and executing creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience within a retail environment. The Visual Merchandiser will design engaging displays, manage production, and work with high-end furniture brands to align with organizational culture and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
• Come up with, revise and present design ideas
• Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
• Monitor costs and work within budget
• Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Independently responsible for searching, contacting, and negotiating with vendors/suppliers
• Working closely with high end furniture brand

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Visual Merchandising, interior design, architecture or other related subjects
• At least 3 years of experience with similar position in retail industry (high end furniture) and strong experience in retail
• Familiar with print design
• Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop, PPT, Excel
• Good in English
• Good analytical skills in Design and Market
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Has creativity
