About This Role
This role involves designing and installing luxury jewelry displays across multiple locations for an employee-owned company. The Visual Merchandiser will blend creativity, project management, and travel to create beautiful displays that showcase meaningful purchases.
Responsibilities
- Design, source, create, and install elegant in-store and window displays across multiple locations
- Travel regularly to stores throughout Wisconsin and Michigan to maintain and refresh displays
- Partner closely with Marketing and Operations to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches
- Create merchandising experiences that maximize the sparkle, beauty, and appeal of fine jewelry
- Conduct store visits to evaluate display effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate rollout plans, timelines, and priorities for visual merchandising projects
- Manage display materials, fixtures, and inventory
- Serve as the primary liaison with the visual merchandising vendor
- Stay current on luxury retail trends, visual design concepts, and innovative merchandising techniques
Requirements
- 2+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury, specialty, or multi-location retail environments
- Strong design instincts and a passion for creating beautiful, engaging displays
- An understanding of luxury branding and customer experience
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Important Details
- Physical requirements: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to transport and install visual merchandising materials; regular travel between store locations
