Visual Merchandiser

About This Role

This role involves ensuring optimal product presentation and an inspiring shopping experience for customers at the company's San Francisco Flagship Store. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for rotating displays, overseeing store layout, and training sales teams on visual merchandising standards. The position suits a creative, organized, and agile individual passionate about fashion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal product presentation in line with Sézane's DNA
• Offer customers an inspiring shopping experience
• Rotate racks, mannequins, tables, and wall displays according to collection releases and stock levels
• Organize work according to needs, priorities, and the commercial schedule, ensuring deadlines are met
• Be responsible for Point of Sale advertising and merchandising materials
• Manage and monitor florals, decorative objects, etc.
• Ensure the smooth running of installations and work (window displays, product presentation updates, pop-ups, photo shoots, events, etc.)
• Train and raise awareness among sales advisors on maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Communicate and circulate visual merchandising information (photos, merch sheets, product focus, visual merchandising standards, trends, etc.)
• Maintain active communication with various managers to best meet their expectations
• Collaborate with the stock team to prepare visual merchandising rotations (picking new items, streaming, pricing, anti-theft measures, etc.)
• Ensure that information is reported to the Manager as needed to adapt guidelines

Requirements

• Successful experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the ready-to-wear sector
• Passionate about fashion, with a good understanding of trends, proactive, and possessing a strategic/commercial vision of products
• Positive and creative, wanting to share and develop skills in an agile and energetic environment
• A team player, enjoying participation in all activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to motivate others by being approachable
