Visual Designer

About This Role

This on-site Visual Designer role supports Creative Managers, Art Directors, Producers, and Senior Creative leaders by creating work that spans marketing campaigns, environmental graphics, and internal studio needs. The Visual Designer is a key member of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for the graphic and visual execution of projects across design, art direction, motion, and environmental applications. You will act as an in-house expert who ensures the brand and its IP are represented accurately and creatively across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent flow of assets for Experiences, ensuring all marketing output aligns with the brand’s tone of voice
• Support the visual needs for experiential locations, including signage, digital displays, and materials for seasonal programming
• Design clear and compelling decks for internal and external projects, helping the studio communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
• Provide clear design direction to external agencies and partners, ensuring their output meets the studio’s standards
• Drive day-to-day projects forward through a mix of creative thinking and hands-on design, maintaining momentum through collaboration rather than waiting for direction
• Present and share creative concepts with confidence to cross-functional partners and leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of brand design experience within entertainment or global consumer brands
• A diverse range of visual storytelling work across layout, typography, motion, and color that solves complex design challenges
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools (Keynote/Slides)
• Understanding of how 2D design translates to 3D spaces, scale, and materials
• Ability to translate diverse show aesthetics into cohesive, authentic visual systems
• Proven experience guiding external agencies to ensure work meets brand standards and project goals
• Demonstrated ability to apply brand strategy and visual identity principles to design execution and creative direction
• Ability to work independently while directing agency partners in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills with the ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks

• Confident in presenting creative concepts to partners and leadership
