About This Role

This Visual Designer role is a core member of the creative team, leading graphic and visual execution across digital design, art direction, motion, and environmental branding. The position involves close collaboration with Creative Managers, Art Directors, Producers, and Executive Leadership to deliver high-impact assets for marketing initiatives, physical spaces, and internal studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphic and visual execution across digital design, art direction, motion, and environmental branding
• Partner closely with Creative Managers, Art Directors, Producers, and Executive Leadership to deliver high-impact assets for marketing initiatives, physical spaces, and internal studio operations
• Serve as an internal authority ensuring all intellectual property is authentically and creatively expressed across every consumer touchpoint
• Adapt design approaches effortlessly across diverse visual styles while upholding an uncompromised standard of aesthetic quality
• Seamlessly shift priorities between crafting executive pitch decks, launching digital marketing campaigns, and designing environmental graphics for physical venues
• Produce a steady stream of promotional assets for live experiences, ensuring every release matches the brand's voice and aesthetic
• Craft visual elements for real-world venues, including venue signage, digital displays, and assets for seasonal programming
• Build polished, highly persuasive decks for internal leadership and external partners to clearly communicate complex creative vision
• Guide external creative agencies and vendor partners, maintaining rigorous studio standards across all external deliverables
• Take initiative on daily deliverables through creative problem-solving and hands-on execution, maintaining momentum without needing constant oversight
• Confidently articulate and present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of brand design experience within the entertainment sector or for high-profile global consumer brands
• Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and motion, demonstrating clear solutions to complex design briefs
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation platforms (Keynote and Google Slides)
• Solid understanding of how 2D graphic assets translate onto 3D environments, considering scale, lighting, and physical materials
• Proven ability to translate distinct franchise aesthetics into unified, brand-accurate visual systems
• Demonstrated experience directing third-party agencies to uphold brand standards and align with project milestones
• Ability to bridge high-level brand strategy with concrete visual identity principles and execution
