Visual Designer

About This Role

The Visual Designer will support employer-focused marketing campaigns by creating and refining email design concepts. This role involves collaboration with the marketing team to ensure that designs align with campaign goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing to develop 3-4 email design concepts for review and selection.
• Use the established email component library to develop and refine email designs.
• Collaborate with marketing to finalize designs for employer-based marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign launches by assisting with quality assurance (QA), fixes, and design tweaks as needed.
• Bring a strong visual design perspective while considering campaign performance.

Requirements

• Strong visual design skills and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Experience designing marketing emails or campaign creative within an established component library.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing partners and develop multiple design concepts.
• Attention to detail and willingness to support QA, troubleshooting, and refinements.
• Interest in how visual design contributes to marketing campaign performance.
