- Create print and merchandise collateral such as inserts, brochures, event materials, and branded merchandise
- Prepare production-ready files with correct print specifications (CMYK/Pantone, bleeds, dielines) and coordinate with printers and vendors
- Design publications such as guides, reports, and editorial layouts for both digital and print formats
- Design newsletters and email campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Develop static and animated creatives for paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), including variations for testing
- Build and maintain reusable Figma templates, components, and design systems to keep work consistent and scalable
- Use AI tools for ideation, asset generation, resizing, and variations, and proactively find ways to optimize design workflows with AI
- Uphold brand guidelines across all channels and contribute to the evolution of the visual identity
- For designers with illustration skills, create surface pattern designs for soft goods such as sheets, swaddles, towels, and bibs
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant industry experience designing across both web and print, ideally with exposure to consumer brands (or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related fields with equivalent practical experience)
- A portfolio that showcases packaging, retail, print and merchandise, newsletters, paid ads, and publication work, demonstrating range across formats and a consistent eye for brand
- Strong mastery of Figma, including components, auto layout, and building templates and design systems, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Familiarity with motion tools like After Effects and illustration skills (hand-drawn or digital) are a plus

- Solid understanding of print production, including color management (CMYK/Pantone), bleeds, dielines, paper and finishes, and preparing print-ready files
- Experience working with printers and vendors to see work through to final output
