Job Responsibilities
- Regularly visit ophthalmology and contact lens retail stores to propose recommendations for contact lenses and care products to doctors and staff.
- Aim to increase market share by promoting Alcon's unique technology, including 'bio-gel silicone' contact lenses.
- Propose the introduction of a new system, 'MARLO', aimed at digitizing contact lens sales.
- The assignment location is currently undecided and will be communicated once determined.
Main Activities
- Regular visits to assigned facilities
- Product explanations, price negotiations, and various guidance
- Product presentation meetings
- Promoting product understanding among doctors and staff
- Supporting conferences and seminars
Sales Style
- Flexible working style with direct visits and returns
- You can decide on time management, allowing for autonomy in your work
- Sharing information with sales representatives from other divisions while selling to doctors, enabling comprehensive proposals in the ophthalmology field, which is our strength and has earned overwhelming trust from doctors.
Required Skills and Experience
- Valid driver's license
- Over 3 years of sales experience
- Selling skills, market analysis skills, sales management skills, communication skills
- Collaboration within the vision care team
- Passion for working in contact lens sales
