Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through outbound calls to customers, business partners, and agents.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable insurance plans.
- Promote Health, Life, Motor, General, and Group Insurance products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
