Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients nationwide via Zoom
- Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions
- Participate in weekly team calls, training sessions, and professional development programs
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve performance goals
