AO Globe Life is looking for Virtual Benefits Specialists who enjoy working with people and want the opportunity to develop professionally in a remote environment.
You’ll work with individuals and families who have already requested information, helping them understand supplemental benefit options through virtual consultations.
Your Impact
You’ll help clients:
- Understand available benefits
- Evaluate options based on their needs
- Navigate enrollment
- Get answers to coverage questions
- Receive continued support after enrollment
You’ll also maintain accurate client records, conduct follow-up communication, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
