About This Role
Working remotely for a personal injury law firm, the Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to a growing team. This role suits an organized, detail-oriented professional who is proactive, tech-savvy, and has experience in administrative support, customer service, or legal assistance.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communication via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule consultations, follow up on leads, and assist attorneys with administrative tasks
- Organize case files, input data into the CRM, and maintain accurate records
- Conduct basic legal research and draft correspondence as needed
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and document management
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative, legal, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and legal software (training available)
- Detail-oriented: ability to follow procedures and handle confidential information with professionalism
- Problem-solver: someone who takes initiative and can work independently
- Reliable and professional: punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic CRM platforms
- Availability during business hours (Pacific Time preferred) to align with the team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
