About This Role

This virtual assistant position supports day-to-day operations through scheduling, accurate records, and timely written communication. The role involves supporting recurring administrative processes and helping colleagues follow up on time-sensitive requests.

Responsibilities

• Sort administrative email requests and route items to the appropriate contacts
• Organize electronic documents using consistent folder names and filing practices
• Prepare basic spreadsheets and format documents for internal use
• Check that requested forms and administrative documents are complete
• Manage meeting invitations, appointments, and calendar updates using shared scheduling tools
• Draft and proofread routine business correspondence
• Coordinate routine travel details and reservations when required by the assignment

Requirements

• Willingness to learn employer-provided collaboration tools
• Clear, professional written communication
• Ability to work independently with reliable internet access
• Practical experience with spreadsheets or digital filing systems is helpful
• Organized approach to deadlines and simultaneous requests
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to perform the role remotely from an approved U.S. location
