About This Role

This full-time, on-site administrative support role in Bacolod City provides administrative, customer support, and operational assistance to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. The position suits an organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage email correspondence and maintain organized records
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal databases
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with internal team members and external clients
• Conduct online research and compile information as needed
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to learn new software and online tools quickly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to have:
