About the role
Work Set Up: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours/day | 5 days/week (working days may vary)
Note: Must have a personal laptop suitable for remote work
We are looking for native or near-native Vietnamese speakers currently based in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, or the Philippines to join a 2-month AI Model Evaluation project .
The work will initially involve reading comprehension and evaluating/rating responses generated by AI models against defined guidelines. Candidates with strong comprehension, analytical skills, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in AI/LLM evaluation, data annotation, or response rating is an advantage but not required . Experience in customer service, contact centers, retail, or chat/email/phone support is also relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and evaluate content and responses generated by AI models.
- Rate AI-generated responses based on established guidelines and quality criteria.
- Assess Vietnamese-language content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and overall quality.
- Follow project guidelines and maintain consistency across evaluations.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
Requirements
- Native or near-native Vietnamese speaker
- Currently based in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, or the Philippines
- Candidates based in Vietnam are not eligible
- Strong Vietnamese reading comprehension and communication skills
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Versant C1/C2 required
- Successful completion of the project assessment required
- Must pass a basic background verification (BGV)
- Must have a personal laptop suitable for remote work
- Stable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup
- Prior AI/LLM evaluation, data annotation, or response-rating experience is an advantage but not mandatory
