About This Role
This role is for a videographer who will be responsible for all visual output of the brand, from advertisements and launch films to social media footage and product photography. It suits a highly productive individual who is passionate about product quality and customer experience, and who is comfortable working on a fast-paced team where their work's performance is directly measured.
Responsibilities
- Own video production from start to finish, including concept, shoot, edit, color, sound, and delivery for product films, launch content, brand spots, social-native cuts, and long-form YouTube content
- Produce paid creative against briefs from the media buyer, in volume and in formats that perform, focusing on iteration as much as new ideas
- Feed social media channels by shooting with the social manager's calendar in mind, turning work around quickly, and ensuring a surplus of quality footage
- Handle photography, including product stills for PDPs and email, lifestyle shots, and wholesale and retail assets, both on-course and in-studio
- Manage athlete and partner shoots, including travel, independent direction, and making talent comfortable on camera
- Maintain an organized, tagged, and easily searchable footage library for both personal and team use
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional shooting and editing experience, with a reel demonstrating range in polished brand work and fast, native social content
- Proficiency across the entire pipeline: camera, lighting, audio, Premiere or Resolve, and sufficient After Effects skills for graphics and titles
- Strong stills photography skills in addition to video expertise
- Experience creating content for paid advertising and understanding its unique requirements compared to aesthetically pleasing content
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, and judgment to identify safe corners to cut
- Comfort directing non-actors, such as athletes, employees, and customers
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with media buyers and social managers
- Use of AI tools in workflow, maintaining the same high standards for the output
- Reel or portfolio required
Nice to have:
- Play golf, or ability to shoot it well to satisfy golfers
- In-house experience at a DTC or consumer product brand

- Familiarity with Motion, Meta Ads Manager, or similar performance-tracking tools
