Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, customer testimonials, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the company website.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to translate campaign briefs into creative concepts, shot lists, and finished content.
• Apply motion graphics, captions, color grading, sound design, and other post-production techniques to produce high-quality videos.
• Conduct on-site shoots at company hubs, events, and customer service locations as required.
• Maintain an organized library of video and photo assets for future campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content follows company branding, messaging, and creative standards.
• Assist in basic photography and content production during marketing campaigns and company events.
• Maintain and manage camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Stay updated on video production trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (a strong portfolio may be considered in lieu of experience).
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and composition.
• Familiar with creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Willing to travel to different company hubs and shoot on location.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
