We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the visual execution of video content across digital platforms. You will work closely with creative directors, editors, and production teams to capture visually compelling footage that aligns with brand identity, storytelling goals, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-quality shoots for the company’s Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Handle video shoots for the founder’s personal branding content, including talking-head videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to understand concepts, shot requirements, and storytelling direction.
• Operate and manage professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting setups, and basic audio coordination during shoots.
• Create visually engaging compositions and maintain a consistent cinematic style aligned with the brand identity.
• Set up and manage lighting according to different content formats and shooting environments.
• Suggest creative shot ideas, camera angles, transitions, and visual approaches that improve content quality and engagement.
• Coordinate with editors and post-production teams to ensure smooth workflow and proper footage handover.
• Manage shoot schedules, studio setups, and equipment readiness efficiently.
• Stay updated with current social media content trends, cinematography styles, and creator-led video formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of preferred experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer, or Video Production Specialist.
• Strong hands-on experience with professional camera systems such as Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or similar equipment.
• Good understanding of cinematography principles, including framing, lighting, composition, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
• Experience shooting social media content and personal branding content is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling gimbals, tripods, lighting equipment, and basic audio setups.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced content production environments and manage multiple shoots.
• Strong coordination and communication skills while working with creative teams and talent.
