About This Role
This role involves working directly with the owner of Arena Homebuyers to build his personal brand and document the behind-the-scenes of growing a real estate investment company. The Videographer and Content Creator will capture day-to-day action and transform it into engaging long-form YouTube videos and short-form content for various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Capture day-to-day action of growing a real estate investment company
- Turn captured footage into engaging long-form YouTube videos
- Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Take full ownership of the content process, from ideas and filming to editing and publishing
- Understand storytelling and what makes content perform
- Help build a recognizable brand around Cameron Moore and Arena Homebuyers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation
- Proven ability to film and edit high-quality, long-form YouTube videos and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong understanding of storytelling, video pacing, hooks, and what makes content engaging
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
- Experience operating professional cameras, microphones, lighting, and other video equipment
- Strong understanding of YouTube and social media algorithms, trends, and strategies for growing an audience
- Ability to independently manage the entire content process, from brainstorming and filming to editing and publishing
- Creative mindset with the ability to recognize content opportunities throughout the workday
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable filming in different environments, including offices, renovation projects, and active construction sites
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with Cameron Moore and the Arena Homebuyers team
- Must be available to work full-time, in person, in Orlando, with the ability to travel locally throughout Central Florida
- Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous video work, including long-form and short-form content
