About This Role
This role is for a creative videographer and video editor to produce premium property tours, social media reels, and brand videos for Ecogrove Realty. The position covers planning, filming, drone operation, and editing, with a strong focus on storytelling, visual quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and shoot property tours, architectural films, construction updates, interviews, and lifestyle videos
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for brand campaigns and social media
- Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment confidently and responsibly
- Capture interiors, exteriors, and aerial footage that present properties accurately and beautifully
- Edit engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and advertising campaigns
- Deliver professional colour grading, sound design, audio mixing, transitions, and motion graphics
- Direct presenters and coordinate shoots to achieve natural, confident on-camera delivery
- Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, and storytelling across all content
- Organise footage, maintain backups, and care for production equipment
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to deliver content on schedule
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant videography and video-editing experience
- Experience filming real estate, architecture, interiors, or luxury brands is an advantage
- Relevant vocational training is welcome; demonstrated ability and portfolio quality are essential
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your filming and editing abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software
- Practical experience with drone filming, camera settings, lighting, and sound recording
- Ability to produce both vertical and horizontal videos for different platforms
- Strong attention to detail, creative judgement, and time management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Availability for on-site shoots across Abuja and occasional weekend assignments
