Videographer

Market Ready Creative is a Scottsdale-based marketing agency creating organic content and ads for professionals, with a strong focus on real estate. We're looking for a reliable freelance videographer who can capture polished, engaging content and make clients feel comfortable on camera.

THE ROLE

Film on location throughout Maricopa County, primarily Scottsdale. Projects include professional and personal-brand content, short-form social videos, and real estate content. Your focus will be capturing great footage and handing off organized files to our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Film clients and supporting B-roll using strong composition, lighting, camera movement, and clear audio.
• Follow creative briefs and shot lists while contributing your eye for compelling shots.
• Guide clients on camera and help shoots run smoothly and professionally.
• Bring and operate your own camera, lenses, audio equipment, lighting, and appropriate stabilization.
• Check footage and audio on set, organize files, and deliver footage to our team promptly.
• Communicate clearly about availability, shoot logistics, and delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A portfolio demonstrating strong videography, lighting, and audio skills. Please identify your role in the examples you share.
• Your own reliable filming equipment and confidence troubleshooting on location.
• Professional communication, punctuality, and the ability to work directly with clients.
• Ability to travel to shoots around Scottsdale and Maricopa County.
• Real estate filming experience is a strong plus.

PAY AND SCHEDULE

Starting at $75 per hour. Higher rates will be considered based on experience, portfolio quality, and equipment. Please share your preferred rate and any minimum booking requirements.

Shoot dates vary based on client bookings. We anticipate approximately 1–5 shoots per week initially; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed weekly volume. Shoot timing, duration, and availability will be coordinated for each booking.
