About This Role

This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. The studio's video lead will work alongside the Head of Creative and a team of graphic designers, owning the video process end-to-end from concept to final edit. This role involves shaping concepts, building mood boards, and executing filming and post-production for a premium beauty brand.

Responsibilities

• Shape the concept behind each piece of video content
• Build mood boards, treatments, and shot lists that turn briefs into clear creative direction
• Take ideas through to filming and post-production
• Shoot and edit across the brand's full commercial output, covering product and texture close-ups, talent and model shoots, short-form vertical content for TikTok and Reels, paid social ads, eCommerce and product page video, email and web assets, and campaign films for launches and key retail moments
• Work within established brand guidelines
• Push briefs and problem-solve to ensure consistent look and feel across high volume content and fast turnarounds
• Turn around iterations and cutdowns quickly as campaigns move through testing

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Videographer, from either an agency or in-house background
• Confident shooter, comfortable with camera, lighting, and audio setups
• Ability to make products look premium on screen, especially in macro and texture work
• Strong in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

Nice to have:

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or DTC
• After Effects skills for motion and titling
